Our consultants are experienced in both industry and product application areas, with a focus on rotating equipment and advanced manufactured products. Our clients range from OEMs and aftermarket service providers, through to end users and EPCs.

Each consultant is well versed in risk management and understanding business goals, both long and short term. Having this commercial experience coupled with a technical understanding means we are able to provide our clients with a refreshingly honest and bespoke solution.

Alongside commercial awareness, our consultants are passionate about technical engineering products. Unlike like many of our competitors, we offer a thorough technical understanding of the products within our field and we are able, for example, to differentiate between dynamic and positive displacement pumps, fluid film and roller bearings, steam and gas powered turbo-machinery as well as hydraulic and rotary shaft seals.

This method ensures priority is taken over any contingency projects and is a preferred method for our clients. Rotech Global would be able to provide a bespoke search tailored around your requirements and business needs. Contingency Search

While a Retained Search is typically a preferred method for many of our clients, we understanding some clients’ needs are different and we can offer a thorough and efficient contingency search. This method takes into consideration times when clients would like to use multiple recruitment partners and/or include internal applicants.
